Summary

 

In the meeting of the School Advisory Board on 26 September 2018;2015-2019 strategic objectives of our institution, Turkey's 2023 vision and the Europe 2020 targets of we need this project and to comply.
School Project Executive Board of 5 people will follow. At the School Project Executive Board meeting; "Software and hardware are developing rapidly, the need for lifelong learning is increasing. It is necessary to adapt to new teaching methods. But the main obstacles to the expansion of online learning are" institutional inadequacy "," lack of teacher skills "and" leadership ". In this context, the LTT mobility project aims to meet the specific needs teachers and other staff will have to integrate ICT into their profession.
The school is constantly looking for new ways to modernize the quality of teaching. We believe that our employees should be provided with the opportunity to develop their profession.
Our institution participates in Tübitak projects within the country in order to improve itself and develops projects to take advantage of the project opportunities offered by Erasmus+ programs of the European Union.This project is directly related to Turkey and the 2023 vision of the Europe 2020 education headline target. This project will be an important milestone among other projects our organization plans to do.
The official period of our project is 12 months. After this time, the training methodologies obtained from the project will continue to be used and disseminated.
The content of the project; to provide the institution teachers with the opportunity to develop their careers. Provide online 7/24 training to students. To contribute to the cultivation of qualified individuals with the equipment that Europe needs. Get to know different cultures.
The aim of the project is;
*to provide the Flipped Class training methodologies. Students will discuss the course in the classroom, will do the course on the online platform at home.
*to use the online training platform in an efficient and sustainable way in the education of our school.
*to place ICT training model using online networks in our institution,
*to contribute 2023 vision of Turkey and 2020 of the European target
*to make the training activities controlled, efficient and sustainable.
*to catch and spread the multiplier effect with good practices in education.
*to make the course enjoyable in class.
*to be researcher, argumentative, questioning, creative and innovative in education.
*to leave the school and reduce the changes, to increase the continuity.
*to increase the ability and job opportunities.
*to increase the preferability of the institution, to reduce absenteeism and dropout.
The mobility of LTT of project will be attended by 9 teachers from different branches selected according to voluntary and determined criteria. Because the Translated Classes to be able to create high-quality and
efficient teachers should be from different branches.
Criteria for teachers; adequate, innovative, willing to use ICT in education, foreign language skills developed, good in social communication, researcher, group work, familiar with different cultures, tolerant, willing to develop the career, to continue the project, to have the potential to adopt other teachers.
Activities to be carried out;
Required contracts will be signed.
All necessary announcements, surveys and meetings will be held for the project.
Teachers will be trained to improve their foreign language and ICT skills before they go to course.
Necessary documents will be prepared for mobility. Teachers will take the Flipped Class course.
To Flipped Classes will be prepared with the necessary software and educational materials.
All studies will be recorded and evaluated by questionnaires, observations and examinations. Control how far the targets are achieved.
The project will be shared and disseminated with seminars and workshops in the district. Brochures, handbook of best practices, result reports will be prepared and sent to other institutions.
The project will be disseminated using the school website, EBA portal, Erasmus+ Project Results Platform and social media.
Domestic and international dissemination of the good practices of the project will be made in eTwinning which live broadcast will be held to show how the project works.
Expected results of the project; our institude will have reached its strategic plans
50% of teachers will use innovative online training methodologies.
The project will be a model, inspiration and courage to other institutions.
Increase the relationship between European institutions will be able to participate in new projects.
According to the EDP , the sustainability, visibility, innovation and reliability of our institution will increase.
The young people of our country, which has a younger population than the European countries, will increase their qualification levels and the qualified personnel needed in EDP will be trained.
